(“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our website at evrylist.com, our builder dashboard at app.evrylist.com, our embeddable listing widgets, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Account Information: When you create a builder account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and profile image.
  • Lead and Contact Form Information: When you submit an inquiry through a listing detail page or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message content.
  • Property Listing Data: When you use our builder dashboard, we collect information about your listings, including lot details, blueprint specifications, images, pricing, and partner information.
  • Partner Information: Builders may add partner contacts (realtors, contractors) including names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, and profile images.

Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use our Services, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device and Usage Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interactions with our Services.
  • Location Information: General geographic location based on your IP address.

  • Lead Routing: When you submit an inquiry on a property listing, your contact information and message are shared with the relevant builder and/or their designated partner (realtor or contractor) for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
  • Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, data storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and anti-spam protection.
  • Business Transfers: If Proof Digital Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

We have not sold or shared any personal information to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes in the preceding twelve (12) months.
